Sometimes I wish that other people could experience my dreams. They are usually pretty obscure and I don't tend to remember all of the major details. I don't, however, want to become lost in my dreams. It is interesting to think about the time line they put on dreams and to consider those rare dreams where you think you have one within another. A dream, within a dream, within a dream controlled by people who want to plan an idea in your head. The concept left me thinking for a weeks. Leonardo DiCaprio is stuck between reality and his dream world. While he is the main character, he seems to cause an overwhelming majority of the issues with the Inception plan. It's not surprising that he dreams of his dead wife, but her hostile attempts to ruin everything keeps the viewer from actually liking her. There are many disputes over the cliffhanger ending. They purposefully leave the totem wobbling, but is that really his totem? Watch the movie again. Pay particular attention to his wedding ring and the fact that he locks up the spinning totem saying it was Mal's.

It is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all. Someone seriously should have told this to Bella. Think about it: her high school boyfriend breaks up with her and she goes suicidal. Clearly the girl was dependent on him for happiness, because the second he was gone she fell into a self-loathing depression. The girl decides to get on the back of a motorcycle of the guy that was harassing her... just so she could see a figment of her imagination. Last time I checked, that was something worthy of psychiatric help. Her life gets better as she falls into a rebound with the perfectly sculpted, complete opposite of her ex. The movie could have appropriately been named "New Abs." Listen up preteens engrossed in this film: life gets better when you rebound! It is a great idea. Just hang out with him, and don't ever mention that you're seeing ghosted figures of your past lover. THEN when you find out that your beloved Edward is about to pull a classic Romeo suicide, drop the kid like he never meant anything to you. It does wonders for forming long-lasting relationships. The moral of this love story is: if you know someone who can see the future, pretend to kill yourself and the love of your life will show the ultimate sign of his true love. Oh, don't forget to save his life. Additionally, he won't see you as pathetic even though you truly are.

You know when you were a kid and loved Batman, Spirderman, or Superman? You probably didn't imagine them growing fat, retiring, and having a family. The movie takes the concept of Superheroes causing more damage than good and being forced to become their secret identities and puts it in an action-packed kid's cartoon. An over obsessed fan becomes the archenemy and tries to prove that anyone could be a hero if they had the money and technology. Sorry Syndrome, that's already been done. Batman succeeded. Good prevails over evil, and in the end they discover Jack Jack is super too!
